Retail Manager (Travel Retail)

Job description

Our client is a well-established and premium beauty brand in worldwide which HQ in Europe. To cope with their business expansions in Travel Retail markets, they are looking for a high calibre person to join their team.

Main Duties:

• Responsible for retail sales management and sell-out objectives management for assigned doors to grow market share, ranking and sales performance
• Supervise and monitor the frontline team to carry out excellent service which align with brand’s guidelines and achieve sales objectives.
• Handle the frontline recruitment and team development
• Work closely with Marketing Team, Project Team and Duty free retailers to manage the promotion activities
• Conduct sales analysis and competitions reports to high management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant disciplines
• Over 6 years of relevant experience in Beauty or Luxury Retail industry with a minimum of 3 years as the Team management role.
• Result-oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong presentation skill with good command in both speak & write in English & Chinese
• Willing to travel
