Our client is one of the top beauty brands globally. To support the growth, they have an additional headcount for Retail Operations Assistant.
Main Duties:
This role will support the Retail team in the daily operations of all point of sales . Responsible for sales analyses and reports of stores and counters. Liaise with sales staff and HR on rostering, leaves etc. Coordinate with Marketing / VM on events, logistics etc. Occasionally support Marketing in copywriting/ translation, events.
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 1+ Years of Retail operations experience, preferably multi stores.
- Strong Computer skills; especially Excel
- Excellent problem solving, communications and presentations skills
- A proactive team player and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
