Job description
Our client is well-known hospitality group located in a prime location in Hong Kong Island. We are now seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to develop, plan and achieve 100% occupancy rate, while developing the expanding brand and portfolio.
Job Duties
- Plan, develop and lead sales strategies to maintain 100% occupancy
- Work with the sales and operations departments to ensure excellent standards
- Manages and ensure P/L, financial and other key metrics are accounted for, adhered to and inline with the company’s policies
- Manage and encourage the team to outperform designated weekly and monthly targets
- Oversee and regular training of new and junior staff on most effective and appropriate practices
Requirements
- University degree holder; ideally in hotel management
- Minimum 4 years experience in hospitality or startup
- Strong experience in sales and able to lead diverse teams
- Native English Speakers. Other languages are an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
