Sales Associate (International Fashion Brand – 16K Basic + Commission)

Our client is a fast growing international fashion brand with a strong presence in Greater China region. Due to rapid expansion, there are now multiple opportunities available within the retail team in Hong Kong.

Job Duties:

• Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
• Maintain floor display area and merchandise
• Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
• Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends
• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
• Assist in stockroom arrangement and daily store operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in fashion retail, accessories, beauty, or other relevant industries
• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing with excellent communication skills and customer service
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Sales Associate
