Our client is a large financial institution company. Currently they are recruiting a Product Specialist to support the business in Customer Service.

Main Duties:

  • To handle banking product/service enquiries
  • To generate new leads, customer service/sales activity especially deposit service, vehicle loyalty program and TVLP extensions
  • To support, administrate, communicate and coordinate with other departments

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • 1+ years working experience, preferably in the customer services/ Sales support in banking products
  • Knowledge in banking systems and CRM
  • Excellent problem solving, communications and presentations skills
  • A proactive team player and able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
