Job description
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives and positioning of the company's pharmaceutical products
Create and implement effective marketing campaigns, including digital content, patient/provider education materials, and promotional activities, to drive product awareness and adoption
Work with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and programs to support the successful commercialization of the company's products
Manage the product launch process, ensuring seamless coordination and integration across all marketing and commercial activities
Collaborate with KOLs in promotion and medical liaison
Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement, driving continuous optimization and enhancement
Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to the leadership team to guide decision-making and resource allocation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or a related field;
Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches and marketing management
Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into actionable insights
Less experienced can be considered as Product Manager
