Job description

​Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives and positioning of the company's pharmaceutical products

  • Create and implement effective marketing campaigns, including digital content, patient/provider education materials, and promotional activities, to drive product awareness and adoption

  • Work with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and programs to support the successful commercialization of the company's products

  • Manage the product launch process, ensuring seamless coordination and integration across all marketing and commercial activities

  • Collaborate with KOLs in promotion and medical liaison

  • Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement, driving continuous optimization and enhancement

  • Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to the leadership team to guide decision-making and resource allocation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or a related field;

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches and marketing management

  • Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and competitive landscape

  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into actionable insights

  • Less experienced can be considered as Product Manager
