Senior Design Manager/ Design Director (Architecture background, hospitality and retail focus)

Job description

• HK based, client side role
• Attractive package
• Must have hospitality PM exp

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the design development, scheduling, budgeting, quality, site supervision, fitting-out works, tendering process and presentation material from concept design stage to project completion stage of a large scale hospitality projects in PRC or South East Asia
• Liaise with internal parties and external consultants and contractors to ensure the designs are safe and built correctly according to construction requirements and technical specifications

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Architecture
• Qualified members of HKIA or equivalent would have advantage
• +10 years’ relevant experience gained in property developer/architectural firms
• Experience in managing hospitality projects in PRC
• Knowledge of building requirements, regulations and procedures in PRC
• Excellent presentation, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient at various design tools and software
