Job description

About the Role:

  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects, alternative channels, geographical areas, retail accounts, market trends, merchandise, online commerce, and services to seize fresh distribution opportunities in domestic market.

  • Develop and implement an effective business plan and sales strategy for international markets and online marketplaces.

  • Manage sales activities and negotiate contracts with distributors to achieve sales targets and expand distribution networks.

  • Proactively generate business growth opportunities, foster long-term business expansion, and maintain strong relationships with distributors.

  • Collaborate closely with distributors and online marketplaces to formulate and execute successful marketing strategies (above-the-line, below-the-line, promotions) and initiatives.

  • Conduct market surveys, analyze competitors, and gather feedback from stakeholders to devise impactful sales and marketing strategies.

  • Continuously monitor and analyze distributors' sales performance and market trends, taking tactical actions as necessary.

  • Conduct research on distributors' financial and inventory forecasting accuracy.

  • Support and follow up on all business-related matters in assigned local as directed by superiors.

 

About the Candidate:

  • Candidates must hold a diploma or degree in Marketing, International Business, Economics, or a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B sales and marketing in Skincare products will be an advantage.

  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and dynamic.

  • Proficient in export documentation procedures.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
