Our client is a global consumer company, with own stores and counters. To support the current business they are current recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment needs for frontline staff in Hong Kong and Macao. The company offers internal opportunities, flexible hours and other perks. Open to candidates with only agency experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work out hiring plans, analyse recruitment needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to implement approved hiring plans. End to end process from publishing job openings, networking and engaging with talents, candidate screening to offer negotiation
  • Proactively research and suggest innovative and effective HR solutions
  • Analyse recruitment effectively and share learning with hiring managers
  • Analyse market remuneration trend and provide insight to enhance talent acquisition strategy
  • Support Manager in HRBP tasks (performance reviews)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • 4+ Years of experience recruitment/ Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in Retail/ front line will be highly desirable
  • Strong personal networking and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and result-oriented
  • Be innovative to problem solving
  • Candidates with less experience will be offered HR Executive
