Company Background
Our client is large-scale FM consultancy in Asia. Currently, they are seeking for candidates who familiar in technical service/Maintenance functions. Candidate will be responsible on maintenance & repair works to ensure overall operation run smoothly. (Portfolio Management)
Package: HKD35-38K Monthly plus Bonus, Annual leave started with 20 days (5 days work)
Job Requirements:
- HD/Degree holders in Building service engineering or related E&M disciplines
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in maintenance & repair works
- Retail portfolios background is preferred
(Retail -Branches/F&B group/Hotel etc) - Good Communication skills
- Good Command in English and Chinese
