Our client is an international well-established Skincare Brand, to cope with their Travel Retail business growth in Asia markets, they are looking for a passionate and dynamic candidate to join their team.

Main Duties:

• Assist the Director to implement and prepare the training programs to retail teams and retail partners in Asia markets.
• Deliver the training thru field coaching and on-job training, including product, selling, customer services and grooming skills.
• Monitor the budget and handle the training reports to high management.
• Work closely with marketing and retail team to align the training strategies.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder preferred
• At least 2 years of training experience in Beauty Products.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Outgoing, friendly, positive thinking with good presentation and communication skills.
• Good PC skills including Word, Excel and Power Point
• **Immediate Available candidate preferred
