Our client is a leading retail group in worldwide within their sector, to cope with their business expansion for APAC market, they are looking for a Regional Director to join their Travel Retail team to work closely with Global Office.

Main Duties:

You will be the Lead of Retail Training for Asia Travel Retail market to oversee and manage the Training & Performance strategies in the Asia regions. As the brand ambassador to identify brand positioning, master the training guidelines with Head Quarter including branding, retail sales & operations, products, service excellences functions.

Design appropriate Training solutions and monitor the efficiency across the markets, provide in-depth and informative insights about Asia to HQ through business, service and market trends. Work closely with cross-functions departments and Asia’s business partners/retailers.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 15 years’ relevant experiences gained from Luxury Retail industries, which at least 8 years in Managerial role.
  • Strong presentation and communications skills
  • Good insight in Travel Retail industry and Asia markets.
  • Strategic –thinking, passionate, well-organized and proactive person
  • Excellent command in spoken and written in English. Fluent in French or Asian Language is an advantage.
  • Proficient in PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access etc.)
  • Willing to travel
