Job description
Our client, a foreign bank, is seeking a Vice President - China Corporate Relationship Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network in mainland China and speak Mandarin at a fluent to native level.
Job Description
- Assist the Head of China Desk in Hong Kong with the development and management of a portfolio of Chinese corporate clients
- Support relationship building and account management for Hong Kong-based subsidiaries of Chinese corporates under the China Desk
- Oversee and ensure the quality and accuracy of offshore booking of credit facilities for Chinese corporate clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 7-15 years of proven experience in Corporate Banking (China Corporates), with a focus on sales and relationship management
- Solid understanding of banking products and capital markets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Native proficiency in Mandarin; fluency in English required; Cantonese proficiency is an advantage
