A world leading Food Company is looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join their young and dynamic team

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of more than 30 members
• Responsible for managing and monitoring the overall warehouse operations
• Accountable for the warehousing cost. 
• Monitor warehousing cost and take necessary corrective actions to meet the budget 
• Design and monitor workflows and control systems to ensure the smooth flow of products for distribution activities
• Prioritize the devanning schedule with an objective to reduce cost, best utilization of warehousing space / resources and improve inventory management 
• Plan and implement strategies with an objective to improve overall warehouse efficiency
• Ensure the subcontractor to follow the SOP and work instruction
• Define KPI for warehousing activities and develop actions plans to reach the objectives
• Take part in the Process Improvement Project
• Constantly look into cost savings and process improvement opportunities, and develop execution plans

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain / Logistics or related disciplines
• 8 – 10 years of solid experience in warehouse operation, of which at least 4 years at management level (managing a team of no less than 20 staff and accountable for warehousing cost)
• Hands on experience in SAP and WMS
• Solid experience in managing sizable / high turnover warehouse in the Cold Storage
• Able to work under tight timeline and pressure
• Experience in managing FMCG / Food items / cross-docking / WMS implementation project is definitely an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
