Job description
Responsibilities:
Provide support to in-house legal counsel and compliance teams for HKMA regulations
Provide legal advice to various business teams
Translate from English to Chinese or vice versa on documents of contractual nature
Review legal documents and maintain an organized filing system
Requirements:
Degree holder in LLB, JD or equivalent
HK qualified solicitor is preferred
Good understanding of financial products and services
Native Mandarin is preferred
