Senior RM / Team Head, China Corporates - Foreign

Our client, a renowned Foreign Corporate Bank, they are looking for a China Corp SRM / Team Head.

Responsibilities

Identify and capitalize on business opportunities while promoting cross-selling initiatives.
Conduct thorough account planning, analyzing and evaluating product applications based on clients' business plans and requirements.
Drive the implementation of green and sustainable loans.
Maintain a high standard of customer experience and service levels for clients.
Manage transactions and oversee the implementation process to ensure smooth and timely deal completion.
Collaborate closely with product partners to provide tailored advice to clients, considering their business strategies, corporate culture, and any limitations or constraints.
Provide guidance to subordinates, team members, and product partners to develop the best overall solution for clients and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements:

Candidates from business, accounting, or finance backgrounds are preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
Preferably, candidates should have a background in wholesale banking, with a strong emphasis on managing large corporate clients.
The ideal candidate should stay updated on market dynamics, regulations, and clients' domestic and international operations.
The ability to provide comprehensive solutions in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction is essential.
Demonstrating excellent relationship building and management skills is crucial, particularly in delivering appropriate advisory services to clients.
