Our client, a Clearing Solutions Company (Futures and Options), is looking for a Client Services and Sales Support.
Execute daily client service and operational tasks.
Support sales representatives in closing new client business by providing system demonstrations and addressing processing-related inquiries.
Take the lead in managing the client onboarding process, coordinating information exchange between external and internal stakeholders.
Drive the account opening process, collaborating with Operations, IT, and Risk teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive information.
Collaborate with various client-facing teams to understand individual client's specific business needs and propose suitable solutions.
Coordinate with eSolutions to ensure clients have access to exchanges and order routing platforms for their trading requirements.
2-5 years of experience in the Futures and Options industry, preferably in a client-facing role.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of global futures and options exchanges, as well as F&O products.
Familiarity with clearing processes and procedures.
Knowledgeable about client connectivity solutions for trading listed derivatives.
Demonstrate awareness and understanding of regulatory responsibilities.
Skilled in presenting to clients and other stakeholders.
