Job description
Our client is a highly regarded and internationally recognized foreign bank with a strong global presence in the financial industry. They are now actively looking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager in their FP&A team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports and analyze variances to evaluate department performance
- Develop revenue and expense projections to support the annual planning process
- Assist with development of capital and operating budgets
- Address inquiries regarding financial planning, analysis and performance tracking
- Support new digital tools to empower self-service business insights
- Identify process efficiencies through technology and automation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Finance or Accounting
- Banking industry knowledge and management reporting experience
- Track record in analytics, planning and forecasting roles
- Experience delivering business perspectives through visualization tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for contributing to organizational success
