Job description

- Around $2M base salary per annum, bonus on top
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced in-house lawyers with international law firm training and practicing experience to join a leading private equity firm. The successful candidate will play a key role in the business as he/she will not just be a legal advisor but also a strategic partner with the business team.
Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will provide advice on a broad range of legal and strategic issues critical to the operations and growth of the company and will partner with business heads to ensure that legal and regulatory issues and risks are identified, managed, assessed and dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
The successful candidate will hold an LLB degree from reputable law school and have passed the PRC Bar exam and preferably also be US/UK/HK qualified. He/she must have at least 8-10 years of post qualification experience in the area of M&A/PE/real estate investment gained from an international law firms with no less than 2 years of in-house legal experience. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
