Job description
Our client is a highly regarded and internationally recognized foreign bank with a strong presence in the global financial industry. They are now actively looking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Trade Operations Manager to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the trade services department, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of import/export trade and financial instruments transactions.
Perform thorough and meticulous document checking for import/export transactions in compliance with international standards and regulations.
Monitor and ensure transactions meet service standards, compliance requirements, and internal procedure manuals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review relevant policies, guidelines, and procedures, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Handle ad hoc duties and projects assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced banking environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in trade services operations.
Meticulous and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
Proficient in using PC and MS Word & Excel.
