Job description


  • E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute an effective e-commerce strategy to increase online sales and achieve business goals.

  • Website Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.

  • Product Merchandising: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate and present a compelling product assortment. Optimize product listings and imagery to maximize sales potential.

  • Digital Marketing: Implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic and increase brand visibility.

  • Customer Experience: Continuously improve the online shopping experience by implementing user-friendly features and efficient checkout processes. Address customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using analytics tools. Generate reports to track website performance, sales, and customer behavior.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related role.

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to drive insights and improvements.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a seamless customer experience.

  • Proficiency in web analytics tools is a plus.
