Job description
Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute an effective e-commerce strategy to increase online sales and achieve business goals.
Website Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
Product Merchandising: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate and present a compelling product assortment. Optimize product listings and imagery to maximize sales potential.
Digital Marketing: Implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic and increase brand visibility.
Customer Experience: Continuously improve the online shopping experience by implementing user-friendly features and efficient checkout processes. Address customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using analytics tools. Generate reports to track website performance, sales, and customer behavior.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
Analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to drive insights and improvements.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a seamless customer experience.
Proficiency in web analytics tools is a plus.
