About the Role:
Actively seek external collaboration opportunities to discover new marketing ideas and drive awareness and revenue.
Oversee the effectiveness of promotional activities, track ROI, and provide reports to analyze campaign performance.
Collaborate closely with the Team Head to develop marketing strategies that align with business and branding goals.
Lead the development of effective marketing tactics for various stages, including pre-opening, grand launch, digital activation, campaigns, tenant relations, and event sponsorship, from ideation to execution.
Demonstrate strong project management skills to effectively execute a wide range of campaigns in a professional manner.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to achieve campaign goals and ensure program success.
Monitor and manage campaign budget and expenses.
Review and analyze campaign results.
About the Candidate:
Hold a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Mall or Retail.
Demonstrate a track record of successfully driving marketing initiatives and leading large-scale events/campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen to understand current industry trends and identify opportunities for tenants.
Possess tactful and sophisticated interpersonal skills with a pleasant, mature, and outgoing personality.
Effective communication and influencing skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
