Job description
Duties:
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the retail division
Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share
Oversee the planning, execution, and performance management of all retail stores
Develop and lead high-performing retail teams, fostering a culture of sales excellence and customer service
Analyze sales data, customer insights, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
Optimize store layouts, product assortments, and visual merchandising to enhance the customer experience
Collaborate with internal teams for inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes to ensure product availability
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated promotional campaigns
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions
Prepare and manage retail budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Identify and evaluate new market expansion opportunities
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in retail management
Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and profitability
Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Strategic thinker with high business acumen, willing to change, pursuing excellence.
Hands-on experience in inventory management, supply chain optimization, and financial management
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
Good command of English and Cantonese and Mandarin
