Job description
Responsibilities:
Lead the AML team of 3 staff to implement the FCC and compliance programmes
Draft, revise and implement the AML procedures for the company and provide solutions for management
Lead AML projects and conduct training on AML/CFT and sanctions compliance for staff
Manage daily AML compliance operations ensuring adherence to SFC regulations
Strong business stakeholder ownership for all AML related matters
Requirements:
University graduate from a related discipline
Strong command of Mandarin, English and Cantonese
Over 10 years of AML/FCC experience in leading securities firms/investment banks
Strong communication skills and willingness to function under pressure
