Job description
Our client, a leading foreign investment bank is looking for an Associate, Central/Regulatory Compliance for their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review and update policy requirements and procedures
Perform SFC licensing for staff
Ensure that the compliance functions for the entity are under strict adherence
Conduct risk assessments and train stakeholders and staff on new regulatory policies
Requirements:
University graduate from a related discipline
Strong command of Mandarin, English and Cantonese
Over 2 years of compliance in leading investment banks
Strong knowledge of wide products preferred (equities, FICC etc.)
