Job description
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Department Head In regular maintenance service and review procedure
- Manage and Lead the Operation Team to provide support Such as team’s assigned duties, matching with the standard policy and procedures
- Support Chief engineer manage the budgeting
- Maintain efficiency and reliability of building service and installations
- Emergency on-call service when required
Requiements:
- Holder of Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related discipline
- Registration of Electrical Worker
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in retail leasing or major property developer or fashion/accessories retailer
- Experience in working property developers in Hong Kong and China can be advantage
- Strong experience handling leasing/consignment agreement
- Good Command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Good Negotiation, interpersonal & communication skills
