Job description
Our client, a leading Chinese investment bank is looking for a Head of Compliance.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead various compliance functions including AML, Control Room, Regulatory compliance
Draft, review and update policy requirements and procedures
Lead the compliance functions for the entity ensuring strict adherence
Conduct risk assessments and train stakeholders and staff on new regulatory policies
Mentor and supervise a team of 15 compliance staffs
Requirements:
University graduate from a related discipline
Strong command of Mandarin, English and Cantonese
Over 10 years of compliance in leading investment banks
Strong knowledge of wide products – including FICC, equities, etc.
