Job description

​Our client is a globally recognized brand with a strong international presence and a reputation for reliable products.  An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a driven compensation & benefits professional to join their team here in HK.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a major role in developing and managing C&B initiatives.

  • Recommend and implement a competitive C&B structure that reflects local needs and aligns with global guidelines

  • Be highly involved in the alignment of corporate C&B policies, processes and systems, performance management and salary budgeting programs

  • Act as change agent for transitioning and implementing change within the rewards function

Key requirements: 

  • Degree qualified, with a minimum of 8 years HR experience specializing in C&B function

  • Strong in performance management and rewards scheme

  • Possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills and be able to get trust from all levels

  • Excellent English communication skills is essential
