Job description
Our client is one of the world’s largest financial services organizations with a strong presence in Asia Pacific.
They are now looking for a Head of HR Business Partner to join their team here in Hong Kong to cope with rapid business changes and expansion.
Key responsibilities
Ensures that all strategies implemented are aligned with the overall business priorities and goals
Responsible for evaluating the performance of regional team members, enabling, and encouraging performance improvement
Collaborates with the business leaders, executives and guides the spearheads wit the development of HR strategies approaches to attract, develop and retain talents
Serves as a consultant to the business leaders as well as other employees on key organizational and management matters; coaches business leaders on HR policies and processes, inclusive of talent planning, development, and performance management in order to promote a culture of continuous growth and development in the business
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related filed is required
A minimum of 10 years’ experience as HR generalist in sizable organizations
Strong business acumen, organization development, and human resources expertise coupled with consulting skills required to aid in guidance and development of human resources functions within the business
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels
