Job description
Our client is a high profile world famous brand with a powerful market presence across Greater China. They are now looking for a HR manager to join their expanding business here in Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities:
You will be part of the key management team and work closely HQ and local retail teams
A diverse range of HR activities will be covered including recruitment, talent retention, performance management, etc
You will plan, implement and develop effective HR policies and procedures to support business growth across HK and Macau
Key requirements:
Degree qualified, a minimum of 8 years HR generalist experience with a hands-on approach in recruitment
Previous exposure to retail sectors is required
Able to operate within a changing environment and be flexible and adaptable to achieve business goals
Complete fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
