Our client is a listed company with a strong presence around the world. They are now actively looking for an experienced HR manager with a focus on total rewards to join their team here in Hong Kong.
Represent the total rewards team in all HR related matters to support business growth.
Responsible for advising best practice for all business units.
Take initiative to evaluate any reward schemes and offer advice on key subjects and influence stakeholders.
Assess the effectiveness of current programs in line with company business objectives and implement change where necessary.
Manage annual compensation review to include updating salary bands, merit budget recommendations and bonus plan costing across all countries and region.
Bachelor Degree or above and a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Human Resources is required.
Expertise in managing multiple projects is essential for this role.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders are key to success.
Proven skills of functioning very independently to deliver results in a multi-tasking and dynamic environment.
Strong project management, analytical, organizational skills are in need.
