Job description

About the Role:

  • Propose annual strategic plans and adaptable strategies for key accounts.

  • Provide sales budget recommendations and monitor monthly trade expenditure.

  • Track sales target achievements, identify negative trends, and propose recovery plans.

  • Monitor sell-out trends and collect regular forecasts from key accounts.

  • Update forecasts as needed and track them against orders and objectives.

  • Analyze customer performance, identify business opportunities, and set specific goals.

  • Develop SWOT analyses, action plans, and continuously monitor customer performance.

  • Negotiate contracts, collaborate with trade marketing for sales arguments, and negotiate promotion plans.

  • Negotiate planogram implementation and provide support to the sales team.

  • Adhere to trade spending guidelines, approve payments, and analyze ROI.

  • Improve profit and loss by customer and calculate distributor reimbursements.

  • Communicate agreements and action plans to the Key Account Coordinator.

  • Monitor in-store implementation, coordinate with key accounts, and track sales KPIs.

  • Maintain product assortment through timely listing and code opening.

  • Collect and analyze key account performance and market trends.

  • Prepare internal reports for data sharing, including scan data, project evaluations, and promotions ROI.


About the Candidate:

  • Proficient in English and Chinese communication (reading, writing, typing)

  • Strong numerical and interpersonal skills

  • Computer literate, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Possesses strong analytical skills

  • Experienced in account management and negotiation

  • Knowledgeable in travel retail, inflight, border shops, low tax areas, and railway retail structure

  • Familiar with channel and customer planning

  • Knowledgeable in sales, field, and merchandising processes

  • Proactive and dynamic

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Result-oriented

  • High proficiency in computer skills
