About the Role:

  • You will oversee the implementation of the brand strategies across the APAC markets, ensuring adherence to brand principles and local relevance.

  • Establish solid partnerships with local retailers and marketing teams, collaborating with commercial and category teams to execute the JBP (Joint Business Plan), brand strategy, and assist in local campaign implementation, with a focus on continuous optimization for business growth and success.

  • Collaborate closely with the brand local marketing teams in various Asian markets and the global marketing team in the UK, fostering strong relationships to ensure outstanding execution of the brand across APAC.

  • Drive the development of regional communications and content tailored to APAC markets and retailers.

  • Collaborate with the commercial and category teams to effectively manage the portfolio, leading cross-functional teams to deliver a competitive product range in the market.

  • Provide input for global campaign and product development to meet the needs of APAC markets.


About the Candidate:

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in an APAC regional marketing position, with a proven track record of brand leadership.

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Have experience in campaign development driven by consumer insights and agency management.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including external agencies.

  • Exhibit a flexible and supportive leadership style, committed to prioritizing the consumer and the teams.

  • Show genuine passion for the brand and the skincare category.

  • Have experience in brand and marketing planning, communications, and activations.

  • Preferably, have experience in the Australian and/or Southeast Asian markets.

  • Be capable of working independently.

  • Be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and possess a self-driven attitude for success.

  • Possess strong commercial acumen to understand the businesses of retail partners.

  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Be comfortable working with diverse teams across different markets and time zones.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

  • Demonstrate excellent relationship management skills with a network of retailers and stakeholders.
