Job description

Our client is a prestigious company in consumer durables with over 500 employees across the region. They are now actively looking for a seasoned HR leader to join their team here in Hong Kong.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports overall mission and vision.

  • Act as a true business partner, you will be responsible for full HR spectrums includes but not limited to organizational development/changes, recruitment and talent management, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations.

  • Work closely with business leaders in the organization redesign and deployment to support fast business changes.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of effective employee engagement and communication programs that foster employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.

  • Continuously monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, a minimum of 10 years HR experience of which 5 years at a managerial level is required

  • Good exposure to Retail/FMCG industry is highly preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong teamwork spirits and the ability to work with ambiguity is essential to success in this role.

  • Experience in driving organization change project and being a change agent is a must
