Job description
Our client is a prestigious company in consumer durables with over 500 employees across the region. They are now actively looking for a seasoned HR leader to join their team here in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports overall mission and vision.
Act as a true business partner, you will be responsible for full HR spectrums includes but not limited to organizational development/changes, recruitment and talent management, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
Work closely with business leaders in the organization redesign and deployment to support fast business changes.
Oversee the development and implementation of effective employee engagement and communication programs that foster employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
Continuously monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, a minimum of 10 years HR experience of which 5 years at a managerial level is required
Good exposure to Retail/FMCG industry is highly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong teamwork spirits and the ability to work with ambiguity is essential to success in this role.
Experience in driving organization change project and being a change agent is a must
