About the Role:
Develop and execute digital strategies to enhance the company's online sales channels and drive revenue growth.
Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the US and international markets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketplace platforms, technology partners, and international distributors.
Drive marketplace management initiatives, including product listing optimization, pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce initiatives.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in digital marketing and ecommerce.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including data privacy and consumer protection laws.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the ecommerce team.
About the Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in ecommerce and digital marketing, with a focus on international markets.
Strong understanding of the US market and Western digital behavior, including consumer preferences, online shopping habits, and competitive landscape.
Demonstrated success in managing marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Alibaba) and implementing effective marketplace strategies.
Experience in driving revenue growth through digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and email marketing.
Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) to track and analyze performance metrics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
