About the Role:

  • Develop and execute digital strategies to enhance the company's online sales channels and drive revenue growth.

  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and KPIs.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the US and international markets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketplace platforms, technology partners, and international distributors.

  • Drive marketplace management initiatives, including product listing optimization, pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotional campaigns.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in digital marketing and ecommerce.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including data privacy and consumer protection laws.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the ecommerce team.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in ecommerce and digital marketing, with a focus on international markets.

  • Strong understanding of the US market and Western digital behavior, including consumer preferences, online shopping habits, and competitive landscape.

  • Demonstrated success in managing marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Alibaba) and implementing effective marketplace strategies.

  • Experience in driving revenue growth through digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and email marketing.

  • Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) to track and analyze performance metrics.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
