Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify content opportunities and create engaging, relevant, and shareable content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the content aligns with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Write and edit high-quality, persuasive, and creative copy for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and product descriptions to capture the attention of the target audience and drive engagement.
Ensure all content is grammatically correct, consistent in style and tone, and adheres to brand guidelines.
Chinese Reading and Translation:
Read and understand Chinese content, analyze its relevance, and extract key information for localization purposes.
Translate and adapt English content into Chinese to effectively communicate with the Chinese-speaking audience while maintaining the brand voice and message.
Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain our brand's presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WeChat.
Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond promptly and professionally.
Analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for optimizing content strategy and improving performance.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers for content creation and localization projects.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve content strategy and performance.
About the Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital content management, copywriting, and social media management.
Exceptional English copywriting and editing skills.
Proficiency in reading and understanding Chinese.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
